Built for controlled gripping
The EG2-4B2 is an electric gripper from Inspire Robots with an integrated controller and a linear mechanical linkage. The manufacturer documents a 70 mm full stroke, a 0–15 N grip force and force and position control over RS485, with power-off self-locking and drop detection. Grip force is repeatable to ±1 N and positioning to ±0.50 mm, with a full-stroke closing time of 0.85 s.
